How can you tell which upper control arm is for what side?

Is there a easy way to tell by pictures? The lower a-arms and knuckles are easy but not sure which upper a-arm is for L/R. Or are they the same from side to side?

Before you say check numbers, I ground them all off.

These are 90 a-arms by the way.

IIRC, isn't the upper balljoint (flange) area at an angle that keeps it level despite the cross shaft being angled (for the anti-dive geometry)? That should show which side is which.
