I think the Buick gran nationals use a 12v electric brake booster. Any one swap one of these in your C3? I have an LS engine that don't want to use any vacuum if I can figure out a swap. I already have the electric headlight conversion.

Hydroboost is another option. I really like mine.
The Hella is used on a bunch of cars these days. There is also the Valeo pump. Here is a link from an electric car site (no engine vacuum)
