I remember posting this not so long ago, about creepers and so forth....
the very BEST solution I have ever found is not a creeper at all, but a rubber mat about 1/4" thick, and ~5' long, ~2' wide, rough side down, and a slick side up.....I just jack up the vette, or slide under the camper/trucks directly....and the slick rubber is high quality to withstand oils, cleaners, gasolines, etc.....I always wipe it down though....so trash on the driveway is under the mat, not in my clothing, it's easy to slide under, and considerably warmer than bare concrete, AND I have 2-3" more clearance, and it's easier to slide on that than mess with any wheeled cart, no side bar restrictions so tools are easier.....
My mat came from a bowling alley.....
a friend worked at one, and seeing my problems, brought it over, it's a lifesaver.....
