Default Pusher fans

Is anyone using pusher fans?
Looking at some pics and it looks like they would block air flow

Back when I lived in FL and vapor lock was an issue. One of my first tig welding projects! I haven’t improved much.

The fan and frame went in without taking off the hood.

I didn’t want to mess around with replacing the oem fan with dual electric fans, but that is probably better.
