spending a damn fortune....

there simply HAS to be a caliper set from a high production volume car that can be basically bolted in place on a C3 I assume a floating caliper, just so it grabs the rotor good, and preferably made from aluminum.....

50k worth of caliper designs out there, gotta be a cheep match up that don't take a krazy effort to install....

anyone???:clap::yahoo:

It's not wirth going thru that pain if you can get the Wilwood calipers, pads and line adapters for $1000 (might be less now, it's been a while since I bought mine) ....
That said , adapter brackets lus some machining at a local shop will cost quiet some money too... Then you run into issues with front/rear brake balance ... Had that issue when I installed front 13" rotors and Cobra calipers on my Mustang, needed a matching master cylinder because pedal effort was too high with the old master ....
A front rear conversion to C5 brakes is probably more than the Wilwoid stuff...

Ijust saying ... $1000 for the kit is really not all THAT bad considering the stuff fits, works realty good and is a totally painless install
