Default Hub Centric Rings for a C3

Does anyone make hub centric rings for a C3? Should be 2.78" or 70.6mm.

I tried Jegs and Summit and only found 70.3 for Ford.

Does the ring have clearance on the hub and wheel, or does it fit tight to one or the other? I'm probably going to make some and thinking It might be good to press the spacer into the wheel bore.

Also, looking at your pix, is there an .005 recess in the face of the spacer ring?

Not a press fit but a very snug fit. I had to take some emery paper to one of the hubs to get the spacer to slip on. And yes, .005" recess.
