Default 57 Chevy brake kit.

Anybody familiar with this kit?[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

My friend Bob installed the whole deal on his 57, including a vacuum pump to compensate for the radical cam. I pressure bled the whole car after he was done. The brakes are not worth a crap. Any ideas?
Too small? Fubarred install? Thoughts?

Yep. He drove it today, and said they worked better at higher speed?!? I'm thinking the vacuum pump is set too low. Check valve bad. Going up tomarrow.

I doubt it, but I'll check. Running up there today. Were going to pick up a Unimat for the shop. My Xmas present, sort of.
I'll drag back all the paperwork, and see if we can see a flaw, or what Bob did wrong.
