Default VetteV8 from the Netherlands

Hi all,

Discovered this site just now, through a link from another Corvette forum in the USA.
I am new to this game, as I recently bought an '81 C3, which was imported last winter from CA.
This car is fortunately very original as far as I can see, not ''modified'' like many others.
Currently, it is in the paint shop, as the CA sun did not much good to the paint.
After that, all the weatherstripping is replaced.
Originally the car was a 2-tone, silver top dark blue bottom.
I'll have it repainted in bright blue metallic, first shot a picture I pinched from the 'net
the second as it was originally ]
Will let you know how things proceed from here on.
Regards,
Cor

Welcome to the motley crew of the Flying Dutchmen.....

Your car looks pretty good to me, I would be more interested in making it go faster....but that's just me.....

Hi Cor, welcome to VetteMOD

With the sill trim being polished instead of blacked out, maybe polished front and rear windshield trim would match nicely...
