TH350c Torque Converter Wiring

i just found out the reason for my excess rpm's on the tach are from an unplugged torque converter wiring connection on my 1980 corvette with a TH350c. The only thing is i do not know where to connect it (is it on the firewall, by the distributor, where?) by the way the connection has a single green wire and has three small slots that it has to connect to

__ some kind of connection that looks like that

I'm not certain on the 80's but on the 81, the lock up harness comes up on the drivers side along the firewall and connects behind the valve cover. It's a three connector plug.

I didn't think '80 came with a lockup from the factory....late '80 maybe??

81-82 is controlled by the ECM. 80 is controlled by a vacuum switch on the firewall.
