One badass machine

You guys get a chance, go visit a RR museum....my favorite RR locomotive is naturally the GG1 that was the best most reliable loco ever built, they ran like 3 million miles between overhauls, trackside coal fired power with catenary overhead wires, like a trolly car....20? hz ....the EPA ruined them with regulations and so the Pa RR retired the fleet......

I noticed that video above had something about Lionel trains on it, I used to have a decent size layout in one bay of my garage up north, built it with the kids....ran 5 trains at once, including a SCALE GG1 with scale passenger cars ....it ran at high speeds on the outer loop...master controled by a variac on the Lionel transformer.....:shocking::beer:
