The harness bar that is available for $500 or so is really nice but maybe a little too pricey for some... incl. me.....

here's how you can easily build your own:

Behind the plastic sail-panels you'll find the threaded hole for the seatbelt and a oval hole that you can use to attach a plate....

I cut these pieces from 3/16th plate:

and bent it slightly to conform to the B-pillar

here's the two pieces bolted onto the birdcage or B-pillar:

I used a 1 1/2 " pipe from the hardware store and welded a nut into each end
