ok so I was running a Centerforce Dual friction and it failed when i matted the throttle rolling along at idle in low gear... granted the taramc hot and sticky

Soooo im looking at a McLeod RST CLUTCH Part Number: 6911-07 dual disk... they said it should hold up

I had one, it seemed to be slipping from nearly new. I've read since that centerforce knew they had a problem and gave people replacement clutches if they complained. I put the in a ram dual friction.

yeah I had 0 issues with the center force till it lunched... I ordered the dual disk this morning along with a new 18LB GMPP nodular iron flywheel

the 1 piece rear main is available locally and so is the throw-out bearing

weeelll i have a spare dual disk clutch, flywheel, rearmain and throwout bearing on the shelf... I had to consume my spare NON HD original differential...

a bit more motor and sticky tires than the GM stub axle can stand...

so I guess its new spider gears and 30 spline stub axles for now and this winter i guess it will be 31 spline outer axles
