c4 suspension bushings?

I am starting on my c4 suspension conversion for my 72 this winter, what does everybody like as far as bushings in the suspension? Rubber would be quieter I guess and I have heard poly bushings can squeak? Probably my biggest use for the car is street use/road trips. I am thinking some kind of adjustable spring rates so I can have a decent ride but be able to firm it up easily. I've looked at some of the vette brakes stuff and was thinking of building brackets and using fiberglass springs but make them adjustable like they do on their c3 stuff. Or maybe just go coil overs. Open to some ideas and opinions. Thanks!

Mike

Many sellers carry poly bushings for the C4 suspension, they however wouldn't be my 1st choice. I'd stick with the stock rubber given the way those bushings work.

If you want adjustability, get coil overs.

I put QA1 coilovers all around my 85. You can get two QA1 coilovers for the price of a replacement fiberglass spring and have significantly more adjustability.
