Heres my second attempt at making a set of bushings to raise (or lower... However you want to look at it) the diff.
I picked up a nice chunk of T6061 Aluminum. 6" Dia x 2ft tall (they wouldnt cut it down for me :suspicious:):

I have the x-member part cut to size, still have the flange and inside taper to cut. It takes F*cking forever to go from 6" dia to a little under 4"...

The other side just has basic machining done to get it ready for the bridgeport.

Im hoping to get these done sometime next week. Ill post up the dimensions once Im sure everything fits nice

Lord love a duck, that chunk has to be worth TWO years of recycled beer cans for our entire neighborhood BLOCK!!!!!

musta cost a tad bit.....just maybe....

Ive had similar Idea. The Urethane X member bushing would be of 95A hardness. I have not seen a similar product on the market. Installation would slightly lower the car (1/2 inch) and front mount will need to be modified to get correct angle.
