I will answer as a good guess:
I do not believe he has those anymore
Use two gold springs from a Mr Gasket 928G kit
Use the stock weights, they are hardened steel, aftermarkets are not
Use the correct fixed vacuum advance, not that cheesey adjustable one
You can e-mail him at [email protected] for an HEI vacuum advance selection chart

Thanks Jeff. I haven't looked through all his papers yet, is that chart in one of them somewhere?
