Cruise Control Kit Suggestions

Well, after 1500 miles or so on last years HRPT I reached a point where I was using my camera tripod to depress pedal as a cruise control sorta kinda. I think I can do better with an after market kit.

The only kit I see available these days is from Rostra, is this a good kit for a c3? about $250.

IF you have anything like factory FI , you can junkyard a GM unit and hook that up, it's what I did years ago here....

another trick, on most vehicles I either add or remove accelerator return springs to balance the pedal, I hate having to lift my foot off the accelerator as the muscles in front of my leg get sore, so I typically have to add return springs, one car I did have to remove one of them long time ago...

that leaves your leg/foot in a more balanced mode, so you don't get all crampy....
