Default Donít see these much anymore

Looks like a corvette salvage yard. Philadelphia Facebook under

“ Corvette Project cars and parts.” That is the search term for market place.

A couple of photos.

FL had a great yard 20 years ago, I think it’s gone now.

I used to go to a Corvette salvage yard in Bristol, Pa north of Philly. Might be the same place.

I was able to get a bunch of quality, original parts there. Had to be over 15 years since I last went there. Business was Contemporary Corvette and they had acres of wrecked Corvettes of all generations. I think they are still there.

It seems like the 2007-8 crash really finished off specialty salvage yards.

For Sale. One 1969 Chevy 427ci 425hp BBC. Completely rebuilt by Professional engine builder in Sanford, FL. These this beauty was cared for by a Chevrolet muscle car specialist, they are the real deal, no lies or B.S. here.

1969- 427, is the #512,
4-bolt main Hi-Perf block.
-Block casting#A 4 9
-sleeved back standard bore
-Solid Lift Cam L88
-11:1 compression
-Dimpled Rods
-Forged Steel Crank
-#840 Heads casting L 4 8
-Aluminum GM intake #163
-Imron Chevy Orange Hi Temp
Engine paint.

Price $11,000.00

The 1968 427/425hp BBC #439 block sold. The engine is stored in air conditioning. Hard, hard, hard to find, don't let this fine specimen get away.
