AFR with very high compression motor

Curious to hear what you guys think on what the ideal AFR under load at high rpm should be?

Static compression being 13.2:1, should I stick with the usual 12.8:1 AFR (N/A motor) or would it need to be slightly richer than a conventional N/A motor due to the extra compression?

I would stay slightly rich of Peak EGT under Load... Might sacrifice a smidge of power and fuel economy but keeping things a bit cooler with fuel will be more reliable in the long run.

Agreed. Slightly rich will give you more cushion against high cylinder temps that could lead to detonation.
