Clutch Return Spring

My clutch petal return spring must have rusted though and fell off.
Question is, one end hooks up by the z bar but where does the other end hook up to? (a pitcute would be a big help)
Second question what size spring should I use.

It hooks into the lower lip of the steering column bracket. Sorry I have no pics

to the fork. There should be a tiny hole on the top or bottom to keep those bits together.
