Converting VBP poly strut rods to heim joints

I have a set of VBP poly strut rods that I want to convert to heim joints/rod ends. Anyone know what size threads the VBP tubes are?

I don't know the thread size, but I do know the rods themselves are shorter for the heim ends because the heim ends are longer than the poly ends. I don't know how deep the threads are in the poly rods, but you may have to tap them deeper after you shorten the rods.
I considered doing the same thing but ended up just springing for the whole new assembly.

I got my hands on an old set of the VBP rods and converted them. The threads run very deep into the tubes.

That said, I don't remember what the threads are. There may be an old thread of mine at CF discussing it, but I don't know.
