Whoever was holding the camera is not very bright either. Would have been funny if the clutch grabbed and the tires hooked suddenly when the guy was in front of the car... what a dumbass... he couldn't even tell the guy that the tires weren't spinning ?? :lol:

We saw this same situation in the forum video "Death of a Trans Am" (Search of the word "scattershield" over the last week) Same thing, the driver was unable to distinguish spinning wheels for a slipping clutch.

Is it possible the Z06 driver (suspected idiot) was also applying the brakes.

That is one scary ass video! I feel like an absolute genius now because I run a scattershield on the c3 and just bought one for the 240 track car. Dude is lucky his new nickname isn't "stubby".

Video and comments/our comments remind me of long time ago in another land.....hanging loose at the station, and some early form of ricer pull in, with his typical 4 cyl whatever.....fill up on HIGH OCTANE gas, and then take off like mad with ONE WHEEL spinning in front...maybe occationally in the rear which we all figgered there MAY be hope for him some day.....

funny how today, we olde tymers look back and a few of those kids....are now COPS with some 20+ years on the job, and looking to retire....
