I have a chance to buy one but think I have heard that they either were not any good or that the Edelbrock C-66 was better? I want a 2 4 setup but want to make sure I get the right stuff.

I have the Edelbrock C-66-R. Worked good until the carbs grew some funky green stuff. (Bad gas!! and set too long) I'm getting ready to put it back on. Offy used to make some pretty good stuff- Brutal64 would probably be a good one to ask.

Thanks Tim. You were the one that got me started thinking on this seriously. You told me how well yours ran with it on there. Here is a pic of the one I have an opportunity to buy. I just don't want to buy something with to high an operating range. I need peak power by 6k.
