Parking brake Q

Hey yall, the PO took out the rear parking brake assembley for some odd reason so i'm trying to put that back together. I saw on Zip that theres an "anchor" so my question is where does that go? Everything else is pretty obvious to me. (Yes i'll get the AIM eventually haha)
