Wind restrictor for C4 convertible

I'm looking to design & build a wind restrictor for my '92 convertible.
I haven't found any commercially available so here we are...
Does anyone have any experience doing this?

You mean like a plexiglass piece behind the headrest?

Exactly!
I don't think a mesh screen would be as effective and clear plexiglas wouldn't hinder rear vision.
I'll try out a plywood mock-up today if the rain stops (and the roads dry up!).

I wouldn’t own a convertible without a roll-bar (that’s just me having been in roll-overs). But, the roll bar would facilitate a plexiglass insert nicely.

BMWs and Mercedes have lots of these i bet a google image search will come up with some ideas
