Good post. Although this has been her only car, it obviously looks restored.
BTW If you really like the 55,56,57 Chevy's. I think you can buy an all new 0 miles car. Just about the entire car is available in resto parts.

In 1957. this is what a moderate income middle class person a car could buy in the US. Pretty plush car. In the not too distant future, a middle class person in the US will be buying a tiny little car...maybe powered by a 3 cylinder 1.2 liter engine. It won't be a 57 Chevy, it'll be a '14 Dorkmobile.
