will everything internally from my 82 doors bolt into them?

door panels fit them correctly?

door hinges mount to them correctly?

mirror mounting hole differences?

or did the door wedges really do much good and has anyone driven a c3 vert with missing wedges and if so was there much difference to warrant adding them to my 82?

IIRC, GM changed the style of the inside door panels from the lever down by your knee to a smaller lever up higher on the door in like 1976. And with that, all the rods that make it all work are also different. No idea if the window stuff is the same or not.

GM orgionally built the 68 cars with out wedges and then decided to spend the additional money to put them on, they are even on my 89.

I see no reason why they wouldn't bolt right up. Only thing is you will have to use all early c3 door hardware (pulls, window crank, lever, cover, etc.) with them. As Tim stated, there was a change around '77 or '78 which moved a bunch of hard parts around.
