A video to go with Bird's avatar

Thanks Mike. Never saw that before.

Only thing close I have, is the A/C on my roof was installed by the folks that now occupy that same building that burned down, where the Cheetah lived and died.:suicide:

There used to be Cheetah kit cars you could build yourself. Not sure if they are still available, though. There is one error in the video...they mention the name Bill Thompson. It's really Bill Thomas. I liked the comment "In 1963 it was apparent to GM that the Corvette was not going to stay competitive with the Cobra...". Truer words were never spoken. :D

When they admit DEE FEET up front.....WTF they EXPECT?? :hissyfit::censored::suicide::club:

I remember many years ago I was working black flag at a VARA race and a Cheetah came in. The driver was totally heat stroked,( Bill Watson????)
, and we poured water on him for about a lap. He felt recovered and went back out.

I suspect heat exhaustion was a huge issue with these weapons.
