A380 & Boeing B737 on approach to LAX

What a great photo, I didn’t even see the 737 at first glance.
And the Airbus is farther away!!
How is this for a size comparison? Somewhat startling.
This shows an Airbus A380 and a Boeing B737 flying parallel approaches into LAX (Los Angeles, California)

That's photoshopped. The minimum distance for landing between runways is much further than that. Plus the 37 isn't that small. lol

It annoys me that the Emirates and other similar Middle Eastern Airlines are pushing prominence...They basically get cheap fuel....that's what puts them into prominence. If I were a world traveler, I'd avoid them because of this.

Americans are more time conscious, we want too leave on our schedule. So we have more frequencies with smaller planes. I'd rather not feel I'm part of a herd. Give me a commuter jet where I keep my bag.

Decades ago it was no issue to check baggage, and get it on the other end....woopie doo.....but since 9-11 no one carrying shit or even checking shit any more....and the airlines are cutting corners where they can....

The Feds took control over A/L security, and so it's no longer up to the airlines....used to be a pocket knife was not a threat.....

I still carry my Utility knife, but that's more of because I need it 2-3 times a day to get shit done....
