Or does anyone know someone who imports car into Bahrain?
For those of you that don't know me, I'm an Aussie expat living and working in Saudi Arabia and my slow "body-on" resto 82 is here too. Unfortunately, my front winshield has a large crack in it and even if I could find someone who repairs cracks out here, it's too far past that stage already.
My only other option is to buy a new front windshield, however, I can't find one locally. I can get one from the USA but the shipping price is HUMONGOUS and I got to thinking that maybe somone in the US miltary could have something brought/shipped out here at a far better rate. I think a boxed up screen would be too heavy for the APO system, but perhaps someone who's a crew member on a C130 or C5 etc? Or maybe someone in the navy?
Conversely, does anyone know someone in Bahrain who imports cars or container loads of parts?
