anybody else running patriot headers?

just noticed in my jegs catalog that patriot lists their SB headers for the 55-57 chevy as also fitting 63-82 corvette. the part that caught my attention is where it says specifically that it's for increased ground clearance, a point that has caused me a great deal of hesitation in buying headers in the past. i just want these to be the last set of headers i buy for the c3 so i'm getting the ceramic coated jobs. but i want to know if anyone else has any experience with patriot's products and what kind of quality they are.

The jegs part number or the thread please. I have bought two sets of headers lately. I can post some pics for you if they are of same type as I have. Mine have no markings (made in China). Which type exhaust ports? ... oval, D or square? Mine are oval and round....

the jegs part number is 737-H8025-1. are yours 'patriots'? i'll be very disappointed if patriots are made in china. won't buy them if they are.

No they are not like mine. Mine are huggers and cost half the price. Your're probably safe.
