Are there any hood pinning systems that look nice

and easy to install. Mostly i see these cheap ass looking chrome pins and washers.

I want something that looks like a latch on an F-16

I've had it with the stock latching system.

Years ago I reverse hinged my hood, and so needed pins, and hated the chitty looking aftermarket crap too....

West Marine, two 1/2" dia stainless bolts, cut heads off and rounded down the stud end with grinder and drill press.....cross drilled for a 1/8 diameter hitch pin with pull ring......used Fender washerd to secure hood from pin damage....

been there for years.....i'ts MARINE stainless and don't rust....even in FLORIDA....

I mounted them to the OEM hinges, with a spring under to help lift the hood a bit so to easy pull it up....

TT i agree those areo latches look the best out of what's available on the market but i'm still looking for something more unique and badass looking. I wonder if i can build something from scratch. I'm gonna try and blow this pict up.

The Aerocatch looks good.
I saw a latch somewhere that was someting like the old style pins, except they were captured. The pin was in a track and slid into the post, then the ring flipped over to lock. No way to lose the pin.
