Any body else get a check for this? I got $16.52, woo hoo!

A proposed class action lawsuit settlement with eBay concerning certain fees it charged could affect thousands of eBay Sellers who listed and sold items on eBay Motors in the “Parts & Accessories” category.

The eBay Motors fee settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Brice Yingling d/b/a Alamo Auto Sports and Andy Scott vs. eBay, Inc., that alleges eBay charged the incorrect amount of Final Value Fees for the sale of parts and accessories on eBay Motors for items listed during the period of April 21, 2005 to August 26, 2009.

The proposed $30 million eBay Motors Final Value Fees settlement will be used to reimburse, in part, Final Value Fees paid (net of any previous refunds) by anyone who paid Final Value Fees in conjunction with listing an item in the “Parts & Accessories” category on the eBay Motors website during the time period listed above.

And Gene, AT&T sent me a check for $.12 once. All they really had to do was credit my account, but they sent a check instead.:skeptic:

We should frame them and hang on our office walls......:bounce::thumbs:

$2.62 here.

I make it a point of never cashing these tiny checks. I would rather irritate them with an outstanding balance. I may ever request a replacement check for this one.

I got $11....better that a swift kick in the teeth.

Better cash it quick, it is void in at the end of December....that way they don't have to worry about an outstanding balance.

A whole $2.11 for me. I am glad to see that someone got them and that they had to pay out his money, even if it seems trivial. The down side is that now they will try and figure out some way to compensate for their losses - at our expense.:crap:
