I would take offense because it's not a Big Block.
An acquaintance of mine has maxed out city zoning laws for garage space. His dining room has large sliding glass doors. Where a dining room table used to be, is now occupied by a show quality Hot Rod. He makes his living doing custom interiors for Hot Rods.
