Rear end got light after going over the small hill...damn cobras are suicide machines, no weight on the rear at all.

Beats leaving your tire tracks on someone else's HELMET, like happened with a gal I known for decades now....at Summit Point race track W. Va....

she went airborne over top of some open wheeled racer, leaving rubber on his helmet...he was ok, she was literally dizzy for some years after that.....

:smash::surrender::twitch:

is that VIR? it looks like fun.........maybe he just ran out of talent...

Howard, You hit it on the nail,, she was out of talent before she got in the car, from what I heard. The story, just, hear say, They had two cars there at the HPDS, she crashed both. Cant confirm it. Just what I was told.

Yes, VIR, back straight almost a mile long, with a hill that you lose all forward vision but the sky, I think I have seen Elvis there at little over a buck and a half.

I would have thought that you couldn't roll a Cobra. Maybe the bottom of the right rear wheel tucked under a la early Corvair?

I always thought my 68 Convertible was roll proof. Now I have doubts. I don't have a roll bar. If it ever rolls over it's going to be death city.

I think if you work at it hard enough you could crash anything...
