DAMN smart assed neighbors.....

Spent a goodly chunk of yesterday changing the old baked out plastic skylight bubbles on my neighbor friend/buddy's house....just two simple 2' square things...no biggie, except at my age it's not easy doing roofs, even on a 4-12 pitch....

SO, we supposed to cut on into his living room, like I did to this house some years ago....no biggie, easy enough, going to do it this morning, so what does Chucky DO,??? we got the windows open now, nice spring weather, FINALLY, so smartass goes out back with a freeking leaf blower and starts blasting leaves around his back deck.....

The humidity is up on this block now, for sure, he had a woman over there with one of them damn gas engine power washers....washing sidewalks, driveways, patios, house and ever thing else....2 daze of that damn small engine hammering away....I hate the sound of small engines....only thing worse is a loud 4 banger Honda....

BUT I cut in framed, insulated and sheetrocked a 2x4 skylight for him today...2 pm...not so awful evil for 5 hours or so....

come monday/tues/wed weather depending, we cut the roof and install the skylight, I finish trim inside and do some taping/mud work....
