Nah, he would have wrecked before he got there even if he was from across the street. Just no way. That guy was too far gone. If I ran the store, I would have had the fuzz throw him in the pokey until he sobered up. He could very easily walk right into traffic as messed up as he was.

About a year ago they had a blip on the news about homeless living at a major intersection here in OP, right off the road about 100' into the woods
come think of it, wonder that the cops did check them out about that little kid that was killed....
