Diesel engine oils.....

I summer, I tend to run thicker oil than in winter....but the only thing I could find last time around was 20-50 DIESEL engine oil....

any problem with using it in a gas engine?? finally thought to ask, forget to remember when at the computer....

I`m using either Shell Rotella or Mobil Delvac in my diesel pickem-up truck both are 15w40 and available almost everywhere...
