Far as sprinklers go, I have a water/air HVAC system, so the 30' well is the heat sink for the waste end of the heat/cool cycle for the house, also a white roof that cut my attic temps by over 40f.....the waste water from the well is mainly used to irrigate my lawns/gardens.....series of manually switched areas, or I dump it down the storm sewer if too much.....flooding at bottom of the hill, folks there about 2" from their slab....young couple got lied to about flooding when they bought a house there, she is really upset, this is the 3rd time that house has flooded in the 15 years I been here....she said they did ask, but my only comment was 'Like my father said, years ago, 'never buy a house at bottom of the hill' that little bit of wisdom came from some serious flooding in W. Va. I was about 3 y/o.....
and so about 2 miles from us here basically on top of this hill/plateau the town set on, is Wife's daughter/family.....their house was nearly flooding also....land is pretty flat there, but I would have thought the storm sewers would be large enough to carry the load, could be debris on the grates too, those leaves love to lie flat and stop up anything....
:shocking: and yes we sure as hell would love to send this surplus to you guys out west, especially Colorado? that on fire....like a runaway train, no brakes at all for you guys.....
