Factory frame/component paint markings - where can I find details? (76)

My '76 chassis is restored in a style that's as "correct" as I can reasonably make it and I'd like to add some of the sorts of paint markings that the factory did.

I know there should be a part number stencil on the frame side rail and grease pen marks to show the body mount shims. What other components should have paint on? Some threads should have paint marks too.

Is there a reference list or photos anywhere? TIA

(PS. Hope you don't mind me cross-posting here and on CF - I need to get into the habit of reading this forum more than I do. :) )

The best source for this information is NCRS.org. However, there is a DVD series that shows such information.

Thanks BBShark. Someone in CF suggested NCRS as well so I've asked the UK chapter representative for some details about their judging handbooks. That oughtta do it.

I've just been browsing the NCRS forums and there isn't much for the mid-'70s cars. Guess they're not yet special enough. :(
