I hope you and your family and friends will be safe in Thailand threw these difficult times.

Saw it on the news (European news) .... seems to be pretty bad over there right now. I hope you and your family is safe....

Thank guys.........I live quite far away from the messy parts of the city.:sweat:

But the problems here are far from over, there are armed groups threatening to proceed with gorilla warfare now.:sos:

It all about money and power.:suicide:

You may change the names or party in power but you won't change the politics.

Not until you change the constitution limiting the length of time the congress and senate can serve in office. The current system invites special interest and big business buying the candidate by financing the cost to get elected into office, or staying in office. It costs millions to pay for a candidate to get elected for a life time in office, provided they give the contributor a good return on investment.

The problem is the same members of congress in both houses will have to vote for the constitutional amendment. (vote them self out of office) Fat chance. Sorry but changing the names or party in power won't change the politics, never has and never will.:suicide:

Dean, you are correct, but there is a guy here on FOX news, dunno if you get them over there, via Satellite maybe?? anyway....he comes on at 5pm East Coast time.....

over the last year+ time frame, he has explained a LOT of that shit going on in .gov circles....there is a movement of wealthy influence types known as the "PROGRESSIVES" they are just about totally in control of BOTH parties....so we the folks on the street have a choice from full out PROGRESSIVE or progressive-lite.....

when you listen to his arguments, he is about 95% correct....and it's hard to listen to, takes 1/2 a brain, and a bit of histerrical knowledge.....

history I had forgotten.....the Progressives were hated, prior to WW2, and so they changed the handle to 'Liberal'.....

and went a bit lighter on the socialism...for a while....

the frog in the pot trick....which he used for making a point once....to the HUGE consternation of all the animal rights groups.....

obviously there was NO frog tossed into the boiling water....

:lol::trumpet::harhar:

But the issues are reasonably, logically explained....but you have to listen to HIM DIRECTLY, not some lousey misinterpretation or some chosen out take from a long lecture....

:bestwishes::bestwishes:

First name I thought of when that shit hit the news from over there, was you and yours....
