The guy has no throttle control whatsoever, it's either full on or full off, full on even after he slammed the wall. He got off the line very slowly also, with full traction and throttle modulation it would have taken off w/ the GT looking like it was standing still. This clown was along for the ride the second the flag dropped.

The GT driver was probably holding the throttle and let Mr flying carpet driver a chance to be ahead.
