I'm currently looking if my daily driver, a cheap KIA, would withstand it.Drive and schlep it yourself......unless you got 50 billion bux and a IN with a freight company, then you gotta worry about customs at the border....

Customs, yep, that's another problem. I'm buying it from an individual.
Anyone ever tried to get a corvette frame through the USA/Canada border?
Done! The frame is now sitting in my garage, Customs were not a big deal, even if they couldn't believe the price I paid, hopefully the ebay bid page was there to confirm. The taxes were around 15% like any other goods.
They asked for a serial number, but they didn't even check, told them it was on the windshield frame. I'm wondering how i would import a birdcage.
