Welcome to the motley crew of the Flying Dutchmen....

I too have done a little bit of cabinet making, years ago a buddy set up some gear in my garage and we built two kitchens from tree limbs to finished oak cabinets.....one for he/wife, one for me....

Then about 6 years ago, here in Florida wife/I finished the kitchen remodel here, made the boxes here in the garage, European style, plain 3/4 ply edge tape, Maple, and ordered the doors off the internet, raised panel Maple....Wood working is fun, make noise and dust....

Thanks for the warm welcome. Making a table out of iron wood at the moment and forming up and pouring and finishing concrete causeways at the local golf club, seven in total plus a wash down bay for machinery. Yes made kitchen with maple raised panel doors a few years ago. Good quality local timber is hard to come by now as it is no longer milled any more, thats bloody politics
