Santa came a little early this year! :) I got my TAs back from Tracdogg2 (Mike Dyer).

Mike trued up the Wilwood rotors I just purchased and also refaced the emergency brake drum. It came with a pretty coarse finish. Mike said the secret to getting Vette EB to work is a very fine finish on the drum.

Mike also trued up the hubs on the TAs. I shouldn't have to do any shimming.

GW offers their TAs with bushings or johnny joints. I ordered these with johnny joints.

GW changed the opening for the EB cable. It was a small round hole which was giving people issues routing the cable. Now it is a large tear drop shape.

Mike also trued up my front hubs and installed new wheel studs and bearing races.

Can't wait until the differential comes back!

Those are Really Sweet.
DO you have a weight comparison for them? Just curious if they come in at just about the same as originals. Much better looking weld than factory TAs.

Nice score!

Cheers Jim

BTW - I find DC takes a day or 2 to get my pics loaded...

Noticing the welds also. Appears they've had some experience.

Very Nice!

Nice! But what is the improvement of those over stock T/A?
Mike could give a more detailed picture than me. These arms are more rigid, allow wider wheels and incorporate teflon lined spherical joints. Mike mentioned he often sees stock arms bent or twisted.
