Just a matter of time. US factories are basically assembly plant for components made somewhere else anyway. The deal with SAIC that they call a "joint venture" is a joke. GM sold their stake in that after transferring technology to the Chinese government (owners of SAIC).
The next acquisition of the Chinese government is going to be airplanes and engines. Guess who is going to help them get there? General Electric (run by Obama's job czar).
Must be the "job czar" for China?
