Going Home

In another 2 weeks I am going back home. It was over 7 mos. ago that the psycho-girlfriend tried to orchestrate a domestic abuse/violence scenario to cost me my home, personal belongings and financial security. Fortunately for me her plan back fired. She did not get the conviction she sought and without the conviction she has little or no grounds for her actions. She has moved out of the house and I can finally go home after being dragged through Hell since late January. I am reluctant to say more at this time but I am feeling very optimistic about what the future may bring!

Good deal, theres nothing like home, but like Denpo said, better be carefull, I used to rent appartements and I've seen that happens a few times.

Check the place and with a witness if you can just in case...

My Lawyer and I have agreed that I will employ a private detective as an independent witness. When I get the keys to the house the witness will be there to document everything and anything. I am sure that she (psycho-bitch) is taking common property as well as my personal property when she moves.

What goes around comes around.... I will have my day in court again and she will not look good due to her course of action.

It'll be good to be able to go to the garage and work on the 'Vette again! And don't worry, it has a locking gas cap and she does not have the keys.

If she did it won't be hard to prove. She had full and complete control of the house for over 7 months. She has had every opportunity to clean me out and/or do damage and as far as I know, she has. Any jewelry or other valuables will probably be gone if I know how she operates. I have a nice card up my sleeve that I can not disclose here. I will play it in court when the time comes. If everything works out to my advantage I will be $$$ rewarded nicely. She may even lose her license to practice law. :club:
