Phantom of the Opera
I been on facebook for a while, and so through various links, hit on a very olde tyme friend from over 30 years ago, saw him often for some years along there, lost touch after divorce from kid's mom....
then he calls me because he was on a field service trip here in Jax to the JEA northside power plant for his company at the time...Foster Wheeler....
so we manage to get in touch through one of his kids, who posts Bill's number....
and So I call, we go back and forth for a while, me toying around since he and I not seen each other OR even spoke on the phone for over ten years...
so I call out all the buzzwords....he is stunned, and obviously recognized my name....
so to catch up on olde tymes I ask WTF is going on now....and SO....
to the GREEN WEENIE PART......
seems he and a partner are the owners of a company that does....
electric car research....
as in hiring a bunch of younger kids with bright/inventive ideas....
in chemistry, mechanics, construction, all that....
I not going to say much more without his permission....
but the idea of burning 50 slicks between here a California makes me smile....
