Stopped by my favorite head shop today, the counter man, Ralph Pisciotta (sp?) has 'left the company'...'no longer with our operation'.....

Ralph knew more than most men on that job....and so I have NO clue where he went....damn shame.....been doing business there some 12 years now, since I moved here....

NOW I hate the thought of going back in the future, as I did not like or trust the guy I was talking with....

SO that leaves me with a 40 mile round trip to the only other shop I know of that treats people fairly.....

:loveletter:

Ralph was old school, like Gary....dun rite....

:bestwishes:

Too bad you can't get contact info on Ralph. He might be doing work out of his garage on the side. I knew a bodyman who retired to work out of his garage and had to turn work away so he could get his projects done.

Head Shop? You FLA guys needing some funky T-shirts or maybe a new bong to go with the blacklight posters?

:hissyfit: EVERY hotrodder needs a reliable HEAD shop....wassa matter wit you guyz??

:clobbered:

No problem over here there are thousands of Head shops in Bangkok. And most of technicians are reel cute........

Head shop = speed shop apparently. My mrvette translator takes a little bit of time to kick in. I haven't found one around here that I trust yet.

It was DOVER cylinder heads.....just down the road about 2 miles....

they branching out now.....doing whole engines, and racing work....

which means prices go up and they have a tougher time being everything to every ONE....
