Hello new here looking for C4 to C3 swap help

Signed up for advice on what suspension parts if any I can swap from a 87 C4 to 76 C3. took the seats and 700r4. got the trans in with the help of a BowtieOverdrive crossmember, need advice on what to beef up in the trans and rear end to handle 400+ HP & TQ. I know there's better transmission, but this is what I have. also anything on A/C parts to use. Take all the help and advice I can get, looks like a great site for good advice! .....Bob :yahoo:

I used to have a '87 vette, automatic/air/convertible....I now have this '72 vert with many 'updates' similar to what you have planned....the list of parts to swap is VERY long....hopefully you have the '87 available for a while, so you can pull parts at your leisure.....my project has parts from almost any year you can name, from '68 through '94 on it...
