The same ballot will likely contain a bill from an idiot senator that wants to ban toys in Happy Meals because they make kids fat.
These ballot initiatives are the biggest waste of time since Gore invented the internet. Any idiot without a shred of knowledge or common sense can get their idiotic views on the ballots (San Francisco had like 80 in the last election). Almost none of them pass and those few that do immediately end up in appeals court. The voters almost never get what they wanted in the first place since the simplest question inevitably morphs into a 200 page document.
